President Donald Trump Just BANNED Him – He Won’t Put Up…

President Donald Trump announced that South Africa will not be invited to the 2026 G-20 summit in Florida, claiming “horrific human rights abuses” and alleging that White farmers are being targeted and losing their land. South Africa rejected the claim, with Clayson Monyela of the Foreign Ministry stating that the country is a founding G-20 member and cannot be excluded by unilateral U.S. action. He warned that several other nations have indicated they would boycott the Miami summit if South Africa were barred, arguing that such a move would violate the G-20’s long-standing rule of inclusion.

The dispute comes amid escalating tensions between Washington and Pretoria. The U.S. boycotted the 2025 G-20 meeting in Johannesburg, criticizing South Africa’s handling of rural violence and objecting to the summit’s focus on climate and development issues. Trump has since suspended U.S. payments to South Africa and cut aid, while diplomatic relations deteriorated further after the State Department expelled the South African ambassador earlier this year.

Relations worsened following a contentious Oval Office meeting in which Trump pressed President Cyril Ramaphosa about alleged attacks on Afrikaner farmers—claims Ramaphosa rejected. Additional friction arose when Secretary of State Marco Rubio labeled Ambassador Ebrahim Rasool “persona non grata,” underscoring the deepening political rift ahead of the 2026 summit.
