Fromer Attorney For Jeffrey Epstein Goes Public and Re…

Alan Dershowitz, former lawyer for Jeffrey Epstein, argued that two New York courts—not the Trump administration—are responsible for withholding information related to the Epstein case. Speaking with Chris Cuomo on NewsNation, he insisted there is no “client list,” only redacted FBI affidavits based on accusers’ statements. Dershowitz said the documents contain names that have been blacked out by judicial order and claimed he cannot reveal more due to those restrictions. He emphasized that neither President Donald Trump nor Attorney General Pam Bondi is responsible for any missing information.

Dershowitz added that most of the names appearing in the files are already public through news reports and books. According to him, none of the individuals still hold public office, though some once did and others have since died. He maintained that the judges overseeing the case are primarily suppressing details to protect accusers whom the courts view as victims. While acknowledging that additional information might exist, he said he is unaware of anything the government could lawfully release that has not already been disclosed.

Meanwhile, a federal judge in Florida rejected the Trump administration’s request to release grand jury transcripts from the original Epstein investigation, citing binding appeals-court precedent. A second judge also denied a similar filing from Ghislaine Maxwell.
