Arrest Imminent! – FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino Panic…

President Donald Trump praised the FBI in a Truth Social post, calling the agency’s recent enforcement efforts “incredible” and urging it to continue restoring law and order nationwide. Trump said that since Jan. 20, federal authorities have arrested more than 28,000 violent criminals, seized over 6,000 illegal weapons, taken 1,700 child predators and 300 human traffickers off the streets, rescued thousands of children, disrupted major criminal enterprises, and removed nearly 1,900 kilograms of fentanyl. He credited FBI Director Kash Patel, Deputy Director Dan Bongino, and Co-Deputy Director Andrew Bailey for what he described as historic results.

A key part of the administration’s strategy was Operation Summer Heat, a nationwide initiative running from June through September that focused on apprehending violent offenders. According to Trump and Patel, the operation resulted in more than 8,700 arrests across major U.S. cities, including roughly 11,000 homicide suspects. Cities such as Nashville and New Orleans reportedly saw arrest increases of up to 250 percent, while Trump said violent crime nationwide fell 20 percent compared with the same period in 2024.

Democratic lawmakers have criticized the administration’s approach, particularly the deployment of National Guard units to several cities, arguing it oversteps presidential authority. Meanwhile, the administration has intensified immigration enforcement, with Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem saying more than 480,000 criminal noncitizens have been arrested. DHS also announced Operation River Wall, a new initiative aimed at strengthening border security and combating trafficking along the southern border.
